Shipping & Delivery

At Oraxis, style and comfort come with free curbside delivery! All orders are delivered to the curbside of your home or apartment/office building at no cost, regardless of order size or value.
Opt for room-of-choice delivery and full assembly of your furniture. Our team will place items in your desired room and assemble them for you. Note: Some remote addresses may incur additional fees. Our Customer Support team will contact you before shipping to confirm options.
Product pages display estimated shipping windows. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number for real-time updates. Free Standard Delivery: Items arrive at your front door or apartment/office building’s ground floor. Carrier details are included in your shipping confirmation.

Upgraded Delivery ($199): Includes room placement, assembly, and curbside-to-room service. Not available for UPS Ground items. Packaging removal not included.

UPS Ground: Track via the link and opt for shipment notifications.

LTL/Upgraded Delivery: The carrier will call to schedule an appointment.
UPS: Three delivery attempts.

LTL/Upgraded Delivery: Reschedule for a $100 carrier fee.
We’ll hold your order if requested before it ships. Email support@oraxis.com immediately after ordering. Post-shipment holds may incur storage fees.
Contact us ASAP for address changes. Fees may apply if the order is already in transit.
Edits: Request within 24 hours via support@oraxis.com. Later changes may incur restocking fees.

Cancellations: Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours, a 10% restocking fee (capped at $200) applies. No cancellations post-delivery.
Choose “Ship Together” at checkout. Upgraded Delivery orders ship together automatically. UPS Ground items may split across trucks—track each package separately.
Missing items: Email support@oraxis.com immediately.

Damage: Note it on the delivery receipt or refuse the item. For post-delivery damage, send photos to support@oraxis.com within 24 hours.

Note: Opting for a return after replacement parts are offered will result in a refund minus return shipping fees.
