These Terms govern purchases between you (“Buyer”) and Oraxis (“Oraxis,” “we,” “us”) for products (“Products”) ordered via oraxis.store (“Site”).
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Orders are offers to buy Products under these Terms.
We reserve the right to reject orders at our discretion, even after confirmation.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change. The price charged is the price at order placement.
Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are added to your total.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay.
Late Payments: 1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts. Returned checks incur a $20 fee.
Free Curbside Delivery: All orders ship free to your curb.
Upgraded Delivery ($199): Room placement + assembly (excludes UPS Ground items).
Title/Risk: Transfer to you upon carrier pickup.
Delays: Not liable for shipping delays. Contact [support@oraxis.store] for issues.
30-Day Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging. Obtain an RMA via [returns@oraxis.store].
Restocking Fee: 10% of product cost (capped at $200). Original shipping fees non-refundable.
Final Sale: Custom orders, clearance items, and assembled furniture cannot be returned.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Maximum Liability: Limited to the amount you paid for the Products.
Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages.
Binding Arbitration: Disputes resolved individually via AAA arbitration (www.adr.org). Class actions waived.
Opt-Out: Mail written notice to [Oraxis Legal, Your Address] within 30 days of purchase.
Governing Law: California law applies. Venue: [Your County, CA] courts.
You agree to indemnify Oraxis against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
Not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
Assignment: You may not transfer rights without our consent.
Severability: Invalid provisions do not void remaining Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
